What we collect
If you fill in our quote form we collect what you enter: usually your name, phone number, email address, postcode and a few words about the deck you have in mind. They are used to reply to you, book a time to look at the garden and write up a quote. Nothing else is collected about you as a person, and there is no login area.
Lawful basis and retention
We rely on your request (steps you ask us to take before a contract) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. We delete enquiry details no later than 24 months after your last contact.
Data protection
Your enquiry details are shared with the tradesperson who carries out the work, so they can deal with it.
The quote form
HighLevel (LeadConnector), a company in the USA, supplies the form, which is served from api.leadconnectorhq.com. Acting as our data processor, HighLevel holds the enquiries for us; this can mean your details go to the US, protected by the safeguards in its data processing terms. When it loads, the form receives basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type. To work, it sets a security cookie (__cf_bm) and a little local storage, which also notes the page you enquired from, and it runs Cloudflare Turnstile as a bot check. This stored data can be cleared from your browser whenever you like.
Hosting
Cloudflare hosts this website and processes basic technical information, including your IP address, to deliver it and protect it from abuse. We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You have the right to a copy of your data, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to or restrict how we use it. Requests should go by post to 360 Media Works Ltd at the registered office shown above. If you're not happy with our answer, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) can help.
